Evolution of the working principle of automatic winding machines

An automatic winding machine, also known as a wire dropping machine, wire feeding machine, or wire inserting machine, is a mechanical production equipment for embedding coils into motor cores. The winding machine includes a frame and a mold frame. The frame of the winding machine consists of a workbench and a frame guide column installed on the workbench. An upper hydraulic cylinder is installed on the crossbeam at the top of the frame guide column of the winding machine. Then, an upper mold push plate is installed on the upper hydraulic output shaft of the upper hydraulic cylinder. A mold frame is installed on the workbench of the winding machine, and a coil guide strip is installed on the mold frame. Push columns are provided on both sides of the coil guide strip. A mold frame guide column is provided between the mold frame and the workbench of the winding machine, and an elastic member is set on the mold frame guide column. A wire head push tube is provided in the center of the coil guide strip, and the bottom end of the wire head push tube is fixed to the workbench, and the top end is provided with a wire head. A lower hydraulic cylinder is provided under the workbench, and a slot cover plate push bar is installed on the lower hydraulic output shaft of the lower hydraulic cylinder, and the slot cover plate push bar extends between the coil guide strips.
The winding machine includes mechanical transmission, frequency conversion speed regulation, integrated control, touch screen, and molds, etc. The molds include several guide teeth and guide strips. The guide teeth are concave, and the guide strips are fixed in the concave grooves of the guide teeth. The guide strips are cuboid, and the outer surface has no fixed grooves. The entire automatic winding machine does not include a paper inserting device. This utility model cancels the paper inserting device in the original fully automatic winding machine and improves the mold structure of the automatic winding machine, removes the fixed groove on the outer surface of the guide strip, and directly uses a cuboid guide strip to simplify the structure.
After the winding machine completes the winding, the slot cover paper or slot cover bamboo片 is manually inserted, and the production efficiency remains basically unchanged, and the product quality is basically the same as before; the cost of the improved automatic winding machine is greatly reduced, and the production cost of stator production enterprises is also greatly reduced.
