According to process requirements, no wire ends should be left on the pins; the enamelled wire must be cut at the base of the frame pins. Therefore, all three parts of the wire clamp are made of high-speed tool steel. This material has significant characteristics, such as good toughness, good wear resistance, and high strength, which can meet the design and processing requirements. The wire-feeding guide sleeve is designed in a hollow shape, with a concave sleeve at the bottom, which is nested with the wire-feeding baffle. The wire-feeding cylinder is the actuator of the wire-feeding baffle, guided by a linear bearing, driving the wire-feeding guide sleeve to move up and down repeatedly to remove the waste wire.
