Attention should be paid to understanding the quality of the products, the condition of the equipment, and the handling of abnormal situations.
(2) Before production, the computer personnel and machine operators of the machine foreman coordinate the handling.
(3) Check whether the tools are complete, whether the setting positions are correct, and whether there is any garbage on the machine. In the above cases, please immediately clean it up with a summary.
(4) Check the emergency switch and safety door safety device of the mounting machine. Report to the supervisor and the equipment department for repair, and make a record. If any malfunction of the emergency switch and safety device is found, stop production immediately.
(5) Address common quality problems in the mounting process and provide feedback.
(6) Abnormal situations not handled in this shift should be handed over by filling out a business handover form.
(7) Check whether the marking and quantity of semi-finished products in the process are correct, whether the quality is abnormal, and provide feedback in a timely manner.
(8) Check whether the materials for the scheduled production of the shift mounting machine are complete. If they are not in place, you should be responsible for following up.
