Operating the wire embedding machine

Operators of wire embedding machines must undergo training to gain a thorough understanding of the machine's basic performance, structural features, and control methods. They must also strictly adhere to the operating procedures to ensure correct use and maintenance. I. Before operating the wire embedding machine

All coil winding machine operators must undergo training, have an in-depth understanding of the basic performance, structural characteristics, and control methods of the coil winding machine, and strictly abide by the operating procedures of the coil winding machine to ensure correct use and maintenance:

I. Before operating the coil winding machine

1. Adjust relevant parameters according to the parameters of the stator of the coil winding machine.

2. Add lubricating oil to each lubrication point as required.

3. Turn on the compressed air, check and adjust the pneumatic three-in-one unit, set the system total pressure to the standard index, and check for any air leaks.

4. After the air source pressure stabilizes, manually jog each pneumatic solenoid reversing valve and adjust the speed regulating valve in sequence. Observe whether the connection between the air cylinder and its solenoid reversing valve is correct, and whether the stroke and speed of each mechanism meet the automatic coil winding requirements.

5. Turn on the power switch on the electrical control box and observe the status display on the touch screen.

Precautions before operating the coil winding machine

II. During operation of the coil winding machine

1. Coil winding machine parameter setting: Enter the parameter setting interface according to the prompts in the dialog box on the touch screen interface, and set the relevant parameters as needed. After the parameter setting is completed, a work cycle must be performed without a winding coil and stator core on the machine head. After confirming that the parameter setting is correct, perform the automatic coil winding operation. Otherwise, it is easy to cause errors, resulting in collisions or other accidents;

2. After determining the automatic coil winding work program, if it is necessary to check whether the operation of each mechanism is correct and make adjustments, the debugging menu must be selected on the touch screen, and the adjustment items of each mechanism's operation must be displayed. After selecting according to the needs, adjust the operation of each mechanism in sequence. After the adjustment is completed, click the "Reset" button on the menu, and the adjusted mechanism will automatically return to its original position. Then, click "Debugging Completed" to end the debugging, and the equipment will automatically return to the coil winding working state. After the debugging is completed, a work cycle must be performed to check whether the adjustment is correct.

3. Check for slot wedges and insulating paper. After the servo motor power is turned on, the insulating paper must be installed on the paper rack and passed through the paper wheel, then manually open the lower roller fixing plate of the paper feeding mechanism, and pass the insulating paper through the paper feeding roller to the vicinity of the moving knife.

4. For the first installation of slot wedge insulating paper, a work cycle must be performed.

5. Check whether the stator core on the machine head is intact and normal, and press the "cycle start" button on the workbench to start the automatic coil winding.

6. After the coil winding is completed, the equipment will automatically perform the next work cycle. The stator with the completed coil winding can be removed and a new stator can be reinstalled to continue the coil winding.

Precautions for operation during and after operation of the coil winding machine

III. After operation of the coil winding machine

After the coil winding machine is finished, the machine power should be cut off, the air source should be closed, the machine body should be cleaned, the surrounding environment of the equipment should be kept clean, records such as equipment operation time should be made, and equipment handover work should be done.
