Introduction to the Zongqi Raoqian All-in-One Machine


The Zongqi series of winding and inserting machines are specifically designed for stator winding and inserting in motors. They integrate winding, slot-notching, and inserting functions. The winding station automatically arranges the coils neatly in the inserting mold, effectively avoiding coil crossing and disorder caused by manual hanging, which can lead to broken or damaged wires during insertion. The machine is equipped with a paint film damage detection and alarm function.

The Zongqi embedded winding machine series is specifically designed for stator winding and embedding of motors, integrating winding, slot forming, and embedding functions. The winding station automatically arranges the coils neatly in the embedding mold, effectively avoiding coil crossing and disorder caused by manual wiring, which may lead to broken or damaged wires during embedding. The machine has a paint film damage detection and alarm function. The embedding station uses servo embedding, and parameters such as wire feeding and paper pushing height can be freely set on the touch screen. Multiple stations of the machine operate simultaneously without interference, saving labor and increasing efficiency. It features a stylish appearance and a high degree of automation!
