Introduction to the Zongqi Embedded Machine Series
• The Zongqi series of winding and inserting machines are specifically designed for the winding and inserting of stator windings in induction motors. The Zongqi series integrates the main phase winding station, the auxiliary phase winding station, the slotting station, and the inserting station into one unit; the winding station automatically arranges the coils neatly into the inserting mold, effectively avoiding coil crossing and disorder caused by manual wiring, which leads to broken wires, flattened wires, and damaged wires during insertion.
The Zongqi winding and inserting machine series is specifically designed for winding and inserting stator windings of induction motors. The series integrates main phase winding, auxiliary phase winding, slotting, and inserting stations. The winding station automatically arranges the coils neatly into the inserting mold, effectively avoiding coil crossing and disorder caused by manual hanging, which leads to broken wires, flattened wires, and damaged wires during insertion. The inserting station uses servo insertion, and parameters such as wire pushing and paper pushing height can be freely set on the touch screen. Multiple stations work simultaneously without interference, with a high degree of automation! It can meet the winding and inserting requirements of 2-pole, 4-pole, 6-pole, and 8-pole motor stators.

High slot fill factor motor dual-power insertion or three sets of independent servo insertion can be designed according to customer needs.
Multi-head, multi-station winding and inserting integrated machines can be designed according to customer needs (such as one winding and one inserting, two winding and two inserting, three winding and one inserting, four winding and two inserting, six winding and three inserting).
Equipped with a powerful paint film damage detection and alarm function; configured with a protective insulating paper device.
Series bridge wire processing is fully servo-controlled, and the length can be adjusted arbitrarily.
Automatic adjustment of stator stacking height changes (including winding station, slotting station, and inserting station). No manual adjustment is required (this function is not included in the standard model; customization is required if purchased).
The machine uses a precision cam indexing device to control the turntable rotation (with a detection device after rotation); the turntable has a small return diameter, a lightweight structure, fast shifting, and precise positioning.
Equipped with a 15-inch large screen for easier operation; supports MES network data acquisition system.
