2. Fill lubricating oil at each lubrication point as required

3. Turn on the compressed air, check and adjust the pneumatic triplet, set the total system pressure as the standard index, and check each part for air leakage

4. After the pressure of the air source is stabilized, manually actuate each pneumatic electromagnetic directional valve and adjust the speed control valve in sequence, and observe whether the connection between the cylinder and the electromagnetic directional valve is correct and whether the stroke and speed of each mechanism meet the requirements of automatic wire embedding.

5. Turn on the power switch on the electric control box and observe the status display on the touch screen

1. Parameter setting of the wire embedding machine, enter the parameter setting interface according to the prompt of the dialog box on the touch screen interface, and set the relevant parameters as required. After the parameter setting is completed, there must be no winding coil and stator core on the machine head. Circulate to confirm the parameter setting is correct, and then perform automatic thread embedding action, otherwise it is easy to cause misoperation and cause collision or other accidents;

2. After confirming the automatic wire embedding work procedure, if you want to check whether the actions of each mechanism are correct and make adjustments, you must select the debug menu on the touch screen and present the adjustment items of the actions of each mechanism. Adjust the action of the mechanism. After the adjustment is completed, click the "Reset" button on the menu, the adjusted mechanism will automatically return to position, and then press "Complete Commissioning" to end the commissioning, the device will automatically return to the working state of the embedded wire. Run a working cycle to check whether the adjustment is correct

3. Check whether there is slotted wedge insulation paper. After the servo motor power is turned on, the insulation paper should be installed on the paper holder and passed through the paper wheel, and then the paper feeding mechanism should be rolled down to fix the manual plate to open the insulation paper. Roll through the paper feed to near the moving knife

4. The first installation of slot insulation paper must be run empty for one working cycle

5. Check whether the stator iron core on the machine head is intact and normal, press the "Cycle Start" button on the worktable to enter the state of automatic thread embedding

6. After the wire embedding is completed, the equipment will automatically carry out the next working cycle. The stator with wire embedding can be taken out and reinserted into a new stator to continue wire embedding.
