This machine can wind main or auxiliary phase coils; the equipment can neatly arrange the coils into hanging wire cups, saving the traditional process of winding and hanging wires; automatic skipping, automatic handling of bridge wires, automatic cutting wires, and automatic indexing are completed in sequence; the human-machine interface can set the number of turns, winding speed, sinking mold height, sinking mold speed, winding direction, etc.; the winding tension is adjustable, with continuous winding and non-continuous winding functions; it can meet the winding of 2-pole, 4-pole, 6-pole, and 8-pole motor coils.
Winding quality advantage 1: uniform wire arrangement, accurate wire pushing, neat wire storage in the wire cup; the coil has no folding, no broken wires, no wire damage, and the number of salt water pinholes ≤ 1/30 meters.
